The New Sheriff in Town

This industry is my bread and butter.

Unfortunately for both myself and you, we get hurt by every penny stock shyster, and every dishonest web site.

Here I provide two methods for you to help clean up the industry, and together we can hopefully repair the bad name that penny stocks have gotten over the years.

Send us your complaints about improprieties, blatant lies, and even anything that does not seem to jive.

We will investigate every complaint, and will take appropriate action to help clean up this town. This action includes reporting individuals or organizations to the appropriate bodies, compiling documentation and files on the lawless, and even getting legal advice as required.

Alternatively, and as is generally a better idea, you could go directly to the authorities yourself. Giving the SEC a quick e-mail legally forces them to look into the complaint.

In either case, you should include your own name and e-mail, a detailed description of the nature of the complaint, and as much pertinent copied and pasted data from their site as you can get your hands on. Remember too, that this does not just apply to web sites, but offline publications as well.

You should also be proud of yourself if you do take such a step, because ultimately it is your own trading backyard that you are cleaning up.

Suspicious of a Service You Have Joined?

Here's what you do:

  • Record by printing out every pick they make, as well as every previous pick you have access to, and include the dates.
  • Print out a copy of their track record and/or any claims they have made about performance of their service or of specific stocks they have picked.
  • Continue adding to your file as they make new picks.
  • Do not let them on to the fact that you are doing this. Keep a low profile, and don't blow your cover even if you find something wrong.
  • When you have some solid evidence, make a copy of all the information.
  • Write a covering letter explaining the situation and send the entire package to the FTC, SEC, or me (E-mail me first if you intend to send me anything).
